A traffic Violation leads the arrest of a man from Norfork. 43 year old Patrick Dwaine Kelly was arrested Thursday on a drug charge. Kelly was stopped on highway 5 south in Salesville. Kelly is charged with felony possession of controlled substance meth, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving. Kelly was released after posting $2,500.
