A Marion County man has been arrested after allegedly taking his parents vehicle. 39 year old Benjamin Lynch was found in the driver’s seat of the car unconscious. Lynch was charged with felony theft of property. Lynch has a criminal history and was allegedly staying with his parents while he recovered from a gunshot wound. His bail was set at $10,000
