Two North Little Rock residents were arrested after they were stopped in Izard County and allegedly admitted they had drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle. 20 year old William Burris is charged with possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a controlled substance, no proof of insurance, fictious tags and failure to register a vehicle. Burris bond was set at $3,205. 19 year old Bryson Barnes is charged with possession f drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substanxce. His bond was set at $10,000.
