The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a West Plains man last night on felony charges. 31 year old Matthew Coldiron was arrested on a felony probation violation for possession of meth, also for possession of meth, driving while suspended, no insurance and no seat belt. HE was taken to the Howell County Jail.
