A man from Willow Springs has won $100,000 with a $20 Missouri Scratchers Ticket. John Coker bought the ticket at Town & country Supermarket in Willow Springs. Coker said he usually does not buy the $20 tickets but had won $20 on a scratchers ticket and decided to splurge. In the most recent fiscal year Howell County has won more than $6.3 million in the Missouri Lottery. Retailers have received more than $683,000 in Commissions and bonuses and an additional $3.6 million wen to educational programs in the county.
