A Mountain Home man has been arrested on drug charges and for violating parole. 31 year old Stephen Richard Whaples allegedly has a history of criminal activity and was arrested earlier this week Whaples has a history of running from the law and has been the subject of four manhunts in the last year. Whaples was already scheduled to be in court on March 16th for being a felon in possession of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing. He is a habitual offender.
