The Dora Falcons claimed their first state championship yesterday, beating St Elizabeth 59-49 in the class 1 title game at JQH Arena in Springfield. Isaac Haney led Dora with 25 points, Waylon Masters added 16.
In the Class 1 playoffs, Dora beat four teams ranked in the top 10: South Iron (1), Jefferson (3), St. Elizabeth (4) and Delta (9).
