Two women face felony drug related charges in Baxter County after their arrest. 29 year old Amanda Runkle of Harrison and 43 year old Heather O’Neil of Gassville are both charged with two felony related drug charges, O’Niel also faces additional charges of possession of a firearm by certain persons and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, along with several misdemeanor charges. Runkle faces additional charges of felony furnishing, possessing using or delivering orohibited articles as well as other misdemeanor charges. O’Neil’s bond was set at $15,000, Runkle’s bond was set at $10,000
