
A pair of traffic stops in Horseshoe Bend result in two arrests. 46 year old Steven Lyles was stopped and deputies discovered he had a warrant for failure to appear in Izard County. While searching Lyles the deputy discovered pills that he did not have a prescription for. Lyles was charged with possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $5,000. Another traffic stop was made the next day after a vehicle was reported stopped in the middle of the road. The Driver was 35 year old Kiersten Laylin of North Little Rock. A search of her vehicle uncovered schedule II prescription drugs. Laylin was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $10,000.
