A woman from Thayer was arrested on an Oregon County warrant Friday. 40 year old Kelly Shepherd was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, Felony possession of a controlled substance, felony keeping or maintaining a public nuisance, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was originally set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 surety. Her bond has now been amended to $300 cash or $3,000 surety
