A Ravenden Spring Man has been arrested after fleeing from police. 43 year old Kenneth Hamm was arrested Sunday night in Walnut Ridge. He is charged with fleeing on foot, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hamm has a history of arrests in Lawrence, Sharp, Izard and Baxter Counties.
