The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man in Cave City on Thursday. The Arkansas State Police, Sharp County Sheriff’s Office , Arkansas Game and Fish and the 16th judicial district drug task force executed a search warrant at a residence on Barn Road in Cave City. During the search they found about 2 pounds of suspected meth, a large sum of cash, several firearms, drug paraphernalia and an alligator. 41 year old Daniel Mark church was arrested and is being held awaiting formal charges. Te alligator was turned over to the Arkansas Game and Fish.
