46 yr old Justin D Watson, the former MSH Patrolman accused of taking sexually explicit photos with a teenager has now been indicted in federal court. Watson is facing state-level charges on allegations of having a sexual relationship with a high school student, a 16 yr old boy. Watson is no longer employed with the MSHP but was when the alleged offenses were made.
