A West Plains man has been arrested on burglary charges. 31 year old Destry Don Shed was charged with second degree burglary, and stealing $750 or more. Shed was found sleeping in the OMC ER with almost 100 packs of cigarettes and other tobacco products. His bond was set at $5,000
