A soldier at Fort Banning Georgia faces charges in Howell County. Jacob Steagall or Oregon County is charged with misdemeanor providing pornographic material to a minor. Steagall allegedly send and image of male genitalia to a 12 year old girl by snap chat. The charge is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail and up to a $2,000 fine.
