A man from Houston Missouri has been arrested on an Iowa Warrant. 54 year old Jeffery Bauer was arrested Saturday afternoon on a Felony Council Bluffs Iowa warrant for assault. He was arrested as a fugitive from out of state and is being held in Texas County.
