Missouri Governor Mike Parson made his sixth executive order during the COVID-19 pandemic —this time, focusing on guns. The order suspends late penalties for concealed carry licenses. He says Missourians are worried they will be assessed a late penalty if they don’t renew their license before it expires during the COVID-19 restrictions.

Along with his now six executive orders Parson has waived or suspended 276 state statutes. Friday he issued a statewide stay-at-home order that began at 12:01 this morning and runs through 11:59 pm April 24th.
