West Plains has a new Police Chief following the retirement of Chief Jeff Head. City Clerk/Public Relations Director Mallory Snodgras swore in Charles Brotherton yesterday. Brotherton was Chief of Police for 12 years before he retired in 2014. He will serve as interim chief for 2-6 month while the city searches for a permanent replacement.
