An arrest has been made in the stabbing death of a Willow Springs man last weekend. 48 yr old Sara Messex-Pullen also of Willow Springs has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder, Felony Assault and 2 counts of felony Armed Criminal Action. Messex-Pullen allegedly stabbed 36 yr old Larry Tucker at a shop off Route Z outside the city Sunday afternoon. According to witness reports, Pullen had gone to the shop to confront Tucker about some alleged stolen money when the stabbing took place during an altercation. Pullen told authorities she suspected Tucker of taking her wallet which she alleged had $1000 cash inside. Sara Messex-Pullen is being held in the Howell County jail on $500,000 bond. No hearing date has been set.
