A West Plains woman was injured in an accident early Friday morning south of West Plains. The highway Patrol reports that 37 year old Christina Finch suffered moderate injuries when failed to negotiate a curve and hit an embankment overturning the vehicle she was driving. Finch was flown to Cox South In Springfield. She was also charged with DWI prior offender, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance, failure to transfer ownership of a vehicle and no seat belt. The accident happened on highway 160 about 3 miles south of West Plains around 12:30 Friday morning.
