A Gassville man is charged in the theft of catalytic converters. 33 year old William Joshua Lewis Jr was arrested on suspicion of theft of property, criminal mischief, removal of non-ferrous metal and habitual offender. Bond for Lewis was set at $40,000. He is set to be arraigned May 7th.
