As of Sunday afternoon, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported that there are 5,667 coronavirus cases in the state with 196 deaths. The Arkansas Department of Health reported 1,781 cases in Arkansas with 39 deaths. Locally cases have been confirmed in Baxter, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Marion, Randolph, Sharp and Stone Counties in Arkansas and in Carter, Howell, Oregon, Ripley and Wright Counties in Missouri.
