The Former owner of Almost Famous Grille in West Plains now faces 16 counts of willing failing to pay state sales tax, with intent to defraud , over eight quarterly periods from March 31st 2017 to January 31st 2018. 38-year old Jacob Squires allegedly owed more than $18,000. The amount includes sales taxes, interest, fines and penalities. No charges have been filed against the restaurant’s other owner.
