A Van Buren man was injured in an accident Tuesday afternoon in Carter County. 20 year old Daniel Davis suffered serious injuries when a truck driven by 55 year old Ronald Toth of Harville failed to yield and was hit by the car that David was driving. Davis was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. The accident happened on highway 60 at Rt W about a mile east of Van Buren.
