The Wife and Daughter of a former Thayer High School Graduate have passed away as the result of a shooting Sunday in Poplar Bluff. Police report that 31 year old Angela Lemonds and her six-month old daughter Brooklyn both passed away. Angela was pronounced dead at the scene and the child was taken to an area hospital where she passed away. Angela Lemonds was the wife of Austin Lemonds who graduated from Thayer High School. Very few details have been released at this time but police allegedly are saying they believe this was a murder-suicide.
