The National Weather service now says that an EF0 tornado tour through Carter near Grandin Monday afternoon. The tornado was 2.6 miles west of Grandin and traveled 4.15 miles along highway 21 between Grandin and the Ripley County line. Several trees were uprooted and a small section of a roof on a home was tore off and several power poles were pushed over. There were no injuries with the storm
