Charges have been filed and warrant issued for a Texas Couple for cattle theft in Sharp County. 35 year old Aaron Todd Davis and 38 year old Jessica Lindsey Davis both from Nacodoches Texas have been charged with forgery, theft of property and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise. The two allegedly bought cattle at the Ash Flat Livestock Barn using a fictitious check. The cattle were later sold at a livestock barn in Morrilton. The Davis were arrested by Texas Rangers and expedited to Arkansas. There bonds were set at $10,000.
