A St Louis woman faces felony charges after a traffic stop in Texas County. 29 year old Andrea Richardson was stopped earlier this week on U.S. 63 south of Houston. Richardson is charged with Felony driving while intoxicated persistent offender and misdemeanor operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner. She had prior convictions from West Plains and Howell County. Her bond was set at $150,000
