Five people from Alton were injured in a one vehicle accident east of Alton Saturday night. The Highway Patrol says that 45 year old Christina Fretwell suffered serious injuries and two 14 year old girls, a 12 year old girl and a 6 year old girl, all suffered moderate injuries when Fretwell drove off the road and hit a tree. All five were taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The accident happened on U.S. Highway 160 about 10 miles east of Alton around 11:30 Saturday night.
