A Bull Shoals man faces several charges after his arrest. 33 three year old Christopher Wayne Smith was arrested after he became upset when his child and his girlfriend’s child were playing and tossing a cat between them. The cat scratched his child and he allegedly became angry and threatened to kill his girlfriend and her child and started breaking things. Smith is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault and terroristic threatening and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor. His bond was set at $50,000. Smith was arrested earlier this year for pointing a gun at his girlfriend’s head.
