Monday evening the Highway Patrol arrested a Mountain Grove Man on felony charges. 60 year old Gary Smith was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated , felony resisting arrest, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle , possession of paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a license second offense. He was taken to the Douglas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
