Charges have now been filed against a West Plains man in connection with a shooting Saturday afternoon at a residence on Lanton Road. 30 year old Kraig Lynch was shot and killed during an altercation with 24 year old Johnathon Thomas Goodman. Goodman has been formally charged with one count of second degree murder and one count of armed criminal action. Goodman is being held in the Howell County Jail
