Missouri Chamber Of Commerce President Dan Mehan says that some businesses will change or close because of the COVID 19 pandemic. He has written a letter to the Governor asking for a special session of the legislature to consider lawsuits they may be filed against businesses if they re-open their business.
He says the employers are fearful they will be sued.
