Attention Thayer residents: On the nights of June 1st and June 2nd the Water Department will be working to fix a couple of fire hydrants. The work will begin at 11:30 pm and will continue until each hydrant is fixed. The area between Pine St and Vine St and 6th St to the end of our service area on Hwy 142 E could experience loss of water pressure or complete water loss until the jobs are finished. A boil advisory will be in effect starting Monday night and the City will update the residents frequently about any changes that may occur.
