A Mammoth Spring man faces charges after he ran over a construction worker Saturday night in Poinsett County. The Worker died in the accident. 27 year old Kristopher Gould is charged with negligent homicide, failure to maintain control and open container.

A Mammoth Spring man was driving a vehicle that hit and killed a construction worker on I555 in Poinsett County Saturday. The Arkansas State Police say that 27 year old Kristopher Gould of Mammoth Spring crossed over divider barrels and struck 22 year old Preston Brayfield of Kansas City. The car that Gould was driving then traveled off the road and overturned. The accident happened around 7:45 Saturday night in Tyronza.
