The Howell County Prosecuting attorney has filed a request for the death penalty for a West Plains man charged with 2 counts of murder. 31 year old Joey Marcak had his bail revoked, it was originally set at $1 million. Marcak is charged with two counts of first degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action, and one count of first degree attempted robbery. In May, Marcak allegedly shot and killed 30 year old Richard Kuntz and 28 year old Frankie Ziegler. Marcak has pleaded not guilty.
