Charges have been filed against a man from Mammoth Spring for allegedly firing a gun at a residence. According to the report 27 year old Timothy Hedrick allegedly fired a single round from a handgun at a residence on Walker Avenue. Hedrick and a female a the residence had allegedly argued earlier. Three children were in the house at the time of the incident. Hedrick is charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle and possession of firearms by certain persons, meaning a convicted felon. He is also charged with misdemeanor third degree battery. Bond was set at $20,000.
