A man from North Little Rock has been arrested and returned to Izard County to face felony charges. The Izard County Sheriff’s department reports that 20 year old William Burris allegedly took a truck and a firearm. He is charged with two counts theft of property. He was taken to Izard County jail and will be in court on June 17th.
