A Convicted felon has been arrested for possession of a firearm in Baxter County. 36 year old Robert Dillon Willett is charged with felon in possession of a firearm and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Willett has 39 prior arrests in Baxter County. He is being held without bond and will be in court June 18th.
