The Search for a missing elderly Cherokee Village man ended sadly Sunday. 91 year old Lee Roy Davis was found deceased Sunday in an area around Thunderbird Lake. A Silver alert was issued for Mr. Davis Sunday morning and searchers from the Cherokee Village Police Department, Cherokee Village Firefighters, Arkansas State Police, Spring River Ambulance and Volunteers searched a one mile area looking for Davis who had Dementia. His body was found just before noon Sunday. No foul play is suspected.
