A man who was allegedly shot in the face by his ex-wife, wants the no contact order lifted. 32 year old Stephen Loosey filed a petition to dismiss the order against 36 year old Mika Seay. Seay was arrested Memorial day weekend in Baxter County on charges of criminal attempt to commit first degree murder and first degree domestic battery. Seay is free on $100,000 bond. Loosey allegedly listed scheduled medical treatments as one reason for wanting the no contact order lifted. Seay is a certified nurse practitioner. He also said they have a son together and he wants to be around his son.
