ECNN is receiving reports of a possible drowning on Spring River in Hardy near Bobo Trace. Authorities received a call around 4:00 Sunday afternoon reporting a possible drowning and emergency services are now searching an area along Spring River according to Sharp County Sheriff.
Reports say that a group were floating when a member went over falls and were taken underwater and never resurfaced. Crews are now working to recover the subject.
Hardy Police, Fire, Water Rescue, and Arkansas Game and Fish are searching an area where South Fork River enters into Spring River. Survival Flight has been called to the scene.
