A teen accused of having inappropriate sexual relations with a juvenile has pleaded not guilty in Baxter County. 19 year old Matthew Mears is charged with sexual indecency with a child and second degree sexual assault. In March Mears allegedly confessed to the crimes and gave graphic details. The juvenile was a 12 year old female. Mears is an inmate at the Baxter County Detention Center. Bond is set at $10,000.
