A man from Birch Tree faces felony charges after allegedly driving through his ex-girlfriend’s yard and shooting at her house. 36 year old Alex Boyer is charged with felony discharging a firearm from a vehicle toward a building or habitable structure as a persistent offender, felony armed criminal action and felony unlawful possession of a firearm. The incident happened shortly after midnight on Sunday.
