A West Plains man was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday and charged Wednesday with three felonies. 23 year old James Campbell is charged with receiving stolen property, second degree burglary, and stealing $750 or more, all felonies. He was taken to the Thayer Jail and bond was set at $10,000.
