A Rural Mountain Home Man Was Arrested After Violent Domestic Disturbance

A Rural Mountain Home man has been arrested after a violent domestic disturbance. 30 year old Dale Wayne Davis turned himself in Thursday morning. Davis was involved in an incident Saturday on Norfork River Road, where he allegedly made threats to his wife, kicked a door in, punched two holes in the wall then retrieved a firearm. At one point Davis allegedly shot the firearm into the ground at the victims feet, he also pointed the gun at her head and fired a shot into the ground near her hand when the victim reached for her phone on the ground. A small child was present for the events. Davis is charged with felony aggravated assault, felony endangering the welfare of a minor and misdemeanor interference with emergency communications device. He has been released on $60,000 bond, with a no contact order. He will be in court July 16th
