A Stone County man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison on rape and sexual assault charges. 47 year old Lloyd Stair entered a negotiated plea with the state. Both Stair and his wife were arrested. Stephanie Stair was charged with 8 counts of permitting abuse of a minor. She will be in court in September. The arrest of Stair came after a 15 year old girl reported that she had been raped the prior 6 years.
