Baxter County Authorities report the arrest of two people on felony drug charges. 52 year old Stephen Paul Blair of Mammoth Spring and 50 year old Nancy Rae Willett of Gassville were both arrested and charged with felony manufacture of meth and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Blair was also arrested on a Fulton County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $15,000 each
