A man calling himself, Jesus Crist, The Devil and Conway Twitty version 2.0 faces several charges for harassing police. 58 year old Glenn Hall Luther allegedly made numerous threatening calls to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police, the city Of Briarcliff, Baxter Regional Medical Center and a local doctor. Luther is charged with 75 counts of terroristic threatening and 74 counts of harassing communications. His bond as set at $61,000
