A Salem Arkansas man has been arrested on drugs and weapons charges. 54 year old Kirk Hutchinson and 50 year old Sarah Lisa Fountain were both arrested in June after a home visit. Hutchinson faces 8 counts of felony drug and weapons charges, including manufacture of meth, and possession with the purpose to deliver meth. His bond was set at $50,000. Fountain was charged with two felony drug related offenses. Her bond was set at $5,000.
